About Imprint
Imprint is creating a platform that helps leading brands increase customer lifetime value. The company began with co-branded credit cards and has rebuilt them into smarter, more rewarding, brand-led products. Its partners include companies such as Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell, with programs designed to strengthen loyalty, create savings, and support business growth.
Beyond the card itself, Imprint combines modern payments infrastructure, advanced underwriting, and rich customer data to anticipate customer behavior and respond in real time. This allows brands to launch powerful financial products without needing to operate as a bank.
Co-branded cards represent more than $300 billion in annual U.S. spending, yet many still rely on older bank systems. Imprint positions itself as a flexible, embeddable modern alternative built for today’s payment habits. The company is backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, and is focused on building a strong team to reshape how customers pay and how brands expand.
Team Overview
The Growth team is accountable for accelerating business growth across the full lifecycle of a merchant partnership. That includes go-to-market strategy, successful program launches, and ongoing scaling through new cardholder acquisition and deeper engagement with existing cardholders. The team brings together expertise across business development, marketing, partner success, brand, and product, and works closely with leadership to represent partner needs internally.
Role Summary
As General Manager for a strategically important co-branded credit card program, you will own the health and expansion of the partnership and help ensure long-term program success. The role calls for a strategic operator with strong partnership-building skills, P&L ownership experience, and a solid grasp of financial services. You will lead relationship management and marketing strategy for the program, keeping business goals aligned for both Imprint and the partner brand while driving performance across key metrics.
What You’ll Do
- Build and sustain strong relationships with important stakeholders across the partner organization, including executives, marketing leaders, and operations teams.
- Work with the partner to shape and execute a long-term vision for the credit card program that supports their business priorities.
- Create and apply strategies that attract new cardholders while increasing engagement and value from existing customers.
- Track program results, identify growth levers, and turn insights into concrete plans to improve performance.
- Partner with the brand’s marketing team on campaigns and promotional efforts that improve card usage and engagement.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support program targets.
- Review market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities for product improvements and promotions.
- Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure the program follows all relevant regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Put risk controls in place that help protect the program’s financial performance and reduce exposure.
- Prepare recurring performance updates for senior leadership, including recommendations and strategic insights.
- Use detailed data analysis to spot patterns, customer behaviors, and areas where the program can improve.
- Collaborate across product, risk, compliance, customer service, and finance teams to help the credit card program succeed.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience in program management, relationship management, operations, and marketing within financial services; experience in co-branded credit cards is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in eCommerce or Sportsbook is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a client-facing capacity and align the objectives of two brands to create shared growth.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage several priorities without sacrificing execution quality.
- Solid business judgment, including experience owning and managing P&Ls and using data to guide decisions.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and annual or quarterly planning.
- Comfort presenting to large audiences and executive-level stakeholders.
- A mix of creative thinking and analytical rigor, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Proven success leading cross-functional workstreams with careful attention to detail.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and a proactive mindset.
- Strong presentation and data organization skills; familiarity with Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive is a plus.
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive pay along with equity participation.
- A choice of well-configured work computers.
- Flexible paid time off.
- Fully covered, high-quality medical coverage, including full dependent coverage.
- Additional healthcare support, including access to One Medical and the option to enroll in an FSA.
- 20 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers and 8 weeks for all new parents.
- Access to leading technology across business units, with a focus on enabling innovation, efficiency, and productivity.
