Role Overview

This evening shift operator role sits within a lean manufacturing environment and supports the wider team in delivering quality output. The position requires flexibility to take on a range of production-related tasks beyond a fixed list of duties, while contributing to a safe, orderly, and improvement-focused workplace.

Key Duties

• Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow the relevant standard operating procedures and job breakdown sheets.
• Complete all required paperwork and records accurately as part of the documentation process.
• Support equipment care and machine setup within the assigned work area.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work in line with quality requirements and GMP standards for cleanroom production areas.
• Adhere to the required gowning process.
• Help keep the workplace clean, safe, and well organized, including housekeeping and chemical control standards such as 5S.
• Follow Integer Ireland Limited behavioral standards.

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with colleagues and others outside the department.
• Strong attention to detail and a conscientious work style.
• Quality-first mindset with the discipline to follow SOPs, job breakdown sheets, and documentation requirements.

Education and Experience

• Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills are beneficial.
• Reliable timekeeping, attendance, and performance history.

Physical and Mental Requirements

The physical demands are minimal for this operator position. The role does require good organization and solid interpersonal skills.
