Core duties

• Clean and disinfect toilets, showers, sinks, and countertops.
• Remove dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Keep kitchen areas tidy and hygienic.
• Clean the stove, oven, and microwave regularly.
• Fully clean and sanitize refrigerators and discard leftovers once each week.
• Wash windows and other glass surfaces.
• Sweep and mop linoleum flooring.
• Vacuum carpeted areas.
• Strip bed linens in mobile housing units.
• Wash and dry towels and linens in mobile housing units.
• Make beds in mobile housing units.
• Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Use cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, brooms, and mops.
• Track cleaning inventory and request or purchase supplies when needed.
• Maintain stock of all required housekeeping supplies.
• Answer calls related to plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues and route them to the proper staff for repair.
• Prepare mobile housing with stocked supplies, clean towels and linens, clean sleeping quarters, and clean common areas, bathrooms, and kitchen spaces.

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping or general maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer proficiency and proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with managers.

FLSA classification: Non-Exempt. Business unit: Rentals. Travel is required for the role.

Physical expectations include working outdoors in rain, extreme cold and heat, high wind, ice, snow, wet or humid conditions, vibration, and dust. The job also involves repeated bending and twisting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and frequent use of hands to handle or control tools and equipment. The maximum individual lifting capacity is 25 lbs.
