Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site technical support position in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on supporting security systems and network infrastructure at the first and second level, with responsibility for identifying issues and fixing hardware, software, and connectivity problems. The position also includes handling support requests, recording incidents, escalating complex cases when needed, and helping keep client downtime to a minimum.
Key Duties
- Provide day-to-day support for IT, security, and network-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve problems involving hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Respond to incoming support requests and track incident details accurately.
- Escalate more advanced issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Assist with system installation, setup, configuration, and updates.
- Carry out routine maintenance and monitoring across IT and security environments.
- Coordinate with project teams to support smooth execution of tasks.
- Communicate clearly with clients and follow company standards and policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in IT and security systems.
- Good working knowledge of information technology, including networks, operating systems, and security systems.
- Practical hands-on experience in a technical support environment.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical matters to non-technical users and documenting work properly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time well, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or vendor certifications in networking or security are an advantage.
- Experience with security systems and network infrastructure in a service-focused setting is preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site and respond quickly to urgent issues.
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
