Role Overview
An opportunity is open for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to support a UAE-based organization. The role focuses on building a strong learning culture, improving employee capability, and aligning development initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute learning and development strategies that support organizational goals.
- Assess training requirements across teams, functions, and roles.
- Build and roll out onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives.
- Oversee both internal trainers and external learning vendors, along with digital learning systems.
- Measure the impact of learning programs using KPIs, participant feedback, and performance data.
- Contribute to talent development, succession planning, and career growth frameworks.
- Strengthen and promote a continuous learning environment throughout the business.
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar discipline is required.
- Prior experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR training roles is expected.
- Good understanding of instructional design, adult learning concepts, and training delivery methods is needed.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and other digital learning tools is important.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
- Applicants should bring analytical thinking and solid organizational skills.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or an equivalent credential are considered an advantage.
