- Keep packaging supplies available in good time, including pallets, foil bags, stretch wrap, and other consumables.
- Arrange lifting equipment, transport, and manpower in a timely and economical way so products and materials can be loaded and moved safely.
- Support the movement of goods worldwide by applying knowledge of national and international trade rules and requirements.
- Make sure all shipping documents, whether digital or paper-based, are accurate, current, and suitable for efficient movement through local, national, and international routes.
- Keep the logistics team informed about changes in transport regulations and standards, supporting strong governance and compliance.
- Manage transport and logistics supplier agreements in an ethical and transparent manner.
- Handle scrap-material transactions appropriately, taking environmental, social, and governance obligations into account.
- Continuously look for efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities in logistics services to support business needs.
Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of logistics management experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of logistics concepts, practices, and systems, including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and supply chain improvement.
- Proven leadership and people skills with the ability to communicate well, work across teams, and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to review data, spot patterns and opportunities, and turn findings into practical strategies and solutions.
- Well-developed organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
