About the Company

The role is designed for energetic MBA Marketing freshers who want to begin a career in B2B sales and gain hands-on exposure to client engagement, product positioning, and structured growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Work on qualified leads shared by the digital marketing team.
- Learn client needs and present the right product or service solution clearly.
- Deliver product demos and presentations to potential customers.
- Turn prospects into customers through effective communication and relationship building.
- Stay in touch with leads, track follow-ups, and keep the sales funnel active.
- Record customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth customer onboarding experience.
What We’re Looking For
- An MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- A UG degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and people skills are essential.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales is important.
