Role Overview

Factualdesign is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on producing polished motion graphics and animated assets for branding work, social media activity, presentations, and digital marketing campaigns. You will work with brand strategists, graphic designers, and marketing teams to turn ideas into compelling visual stories, including explainer videos, logo animations, and product highlight content.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day work will include developing storyboards, creating visual assets, animating graphics, editing video content, and preparing final files suited for multiple platforms. You will also help maintain consistency with brand guidelines, deliver work within deadlines, and contribute fresh creative ideas that improve the overall communication impact of each project.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong command over motion design and animation, along with the ability to produce engaging visual narratives. Experience in video production, including editing and compositing for digital and social platforms, is important. A good foundation in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy is also required.

You should be comfortable using industry-standard creative tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar software. The role also calls for someone who can understand creative briefs, build storyboards, and collaborate effectively with different teams.

Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment are essential. A background in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a similar field is preferred, or you should have equivalent professional experience. A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, and design work is expected, especially work related to branding.

Additional Information

This opening is limited to Ahmedabad. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in motion design and video editing. Freelancers are not suitable for this role, and remote work is not available.
