About the Company
ITM Power operates at the leading edge of the green hydrogen sector, developing and producing advanced PEM electrolysers that support worldwide decarbonisation. With more than 20 years of scientific know-how, the business has grown into a recognised name in clean energy technology. Founded in 2000, ITM Power PLC was among the early companies listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Its UK headquarters and modern manufacturing site house both R&D and production, and the facility is described as the world’s first and largest PEM gigafactory in commercial operation.
Role Overview
The EPC/Project Procurement Specialist will manage procurement activities from start to finish across project environments, making sure commercial, technical, and project needs remain aligned. The position plays an important part in supporting ITM’s growth as operations expand, processes are improved, and value delivery is strengthened across direct product categories. The role also contributes to EPC model development and subcontractor selection, while helping shape sourcing approaches in a fast-changing business.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EPC procurement and be comfortable balancing several stakeholders and priorities at once. Experience with procurement platforms, data analysis, and contract administration is required. A CIPS qualification is preferred, or progress toward one is desirable. The role calls for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. Strong commercial judgement, negotiation ability, and a practical, hands-on approach are important. Candidates should also be confident operating in a high-growth environment, comfortable driving change, and able to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent written and spoken English and German are necessary.
