Product Manager

Role overview

The company is looking for a Product Manager to guide the creation, launch, and ongoing improvement of digital products that serve customer needs and support business objectives. In this role, you will shape product direction, maintain delivery plans, and work closely with multiple teams to bring products from concept to release and beyond.

You will serve as the link between business, technology, design, and data functions, ensuring that decisions are rooted in customer insight, supported by data, and aligned with overall strategy.

Core responsibilities

• Set the product direction, define the roadmap, and ensure it supports both business priorities and user expectations.
• Collect, assess, and rank product inputs coming from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Create clear product requirements, detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work side by side with engineering, UX/UI, QA, marketing, and business teams across the full product lifecycle.
• Maintain and organize the product backlog using agile practices.
• Perform market research, competitor review, and user behavior analysis to guide decisions.
• Track product success through KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback.
• Support product releases, launch planning, and go-to-market execution.
• Spot opportunities for enhancements, innovation, and new features.
• Make sure products are usable, scalable, performant, and realistic from a technical standpoint.
• Share product plans, status updates, and results with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Keep up with industry developments, new technologies, and changing customer expectations.

Qualifications and skills

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field. A solid grasp of product management principles, agile delivery, and the software development lifecycle is expected.

Applicants should understand user experience, customer journey mapping, and product analytics, and should bring strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are important, along with the ability to turn business needs into actionable product requirements.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana is considered an advantage, as is familiarity with data analysis tools and product analytics platforms. Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or related areas are also a plus.
