Project Administrator/Coordinator

About the Role

Trice is looking for an organised and driven Project Administrator/Coordinator to help deliver projects across a broad mix of sectors. This position offers a strong pathway for someone who wants to build a long-term career in project and development management while contributing to a supportive, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

You will provide coordination, administrative support, and financial assistance to the Project & Development Management team so that projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to a consistently high standard.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A careful eye for detail and a strong focus on quality outcomes
• Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and colleagues
• Good problem-solving ability and comfort working both alone and with others
• A self-starter mindset and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Understanding of project administration, financial monitoring, and contract management workflows

Preferred Background

• A relevant qualification or current study in Project Management, Construction Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar discipline
• Some experience in project coordination, administration, construction, property, or a related field
