Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Relationship Manager position in Goregaon, Maharashtra is focused on managing trade and high-value MSME relationships, especially those tied to working capital and trade finance needs. The role combines customer acquisition, portfolio growth, trade transaction support, compliance oversight, and cross-sell responsibility across banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in and manage trade customers as well as high-value MSME clients for their working capital requirements.
- Address customer needs related to pre-shipment and post-shipment finance limits.
- Handle the full customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, portfolio management, activation, and attrition control.
- Grow trade revenue by expanding wallet share across both newly acquired and existing trade accounts.
- Acquire new trade customers and high-value liability customers.
- Support customer trade transactions and help ensure smooth straight-through processing.
- Promote treasury products such as forwards and options to trade customers.
- Deliver cash management services to customers.
- Work with a team-lead mindset, remain self-driven, and maintain a positive approach.
- Take ownership of projects and assignments and complete them within agreed timelines.
- Apply a collaborative, practical, and solution-oriented approach to day-to-day work.
- Carry out due diligence on customers and transactions to meet AML and regulatory requirements for trade activity.
- Track and reduce compliance pendency related to bills of entry and export bills.
