Role Overview
Quantyra Analytics is looking for a Sales Lead to support sales growth and business development activities for startup and mid-market clients. This is a full-time onsite position based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sales and presales efforts for startup and mid-market accounts.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion goals.
- Track performance by creating and updating daily and monthly sales reports.
- Develop strong long-term client relationships through regular engagement and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should bring 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably from agency sales. A graduate degree or an MBA is required. The role calls for excellent communication and presentation ability, along with a self-motivated, goal-focused approach.
