Sales Supervisor

Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Supervisor position in Doha, Qatar. The person in this role will manage day-to-day sales activities, support the sales team’s performance, and help the business consistently meet its targets.

Key duties

You will monitor both individual and team sales results, coach team members, and share regular feedback that helps improve customer service quality and sales outcomes. The role also involves reviewing sales figures, preparing performance updates, and spotting ways to improve processes, pricing approaches, and customer engagement.

In addition, you will help plan and deliver training sessions, handle customer escalations, ensure compliance with company procedures and standards, and work with other departments to support promotions and strategic projects.

Required qualifications and experience

Applicants should bring strong analytical ability to interpret sales data, assess performance, and contribute to informed decision-making. Experience in sales supervision or team leadership is preferred, especially in retail, hospitality, or other service-focused environments.

You should also have experience maintaining relationships with retailers and shop managers, solid communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination, and the ability to use basic office software comfortably. Commercial awareness is an added advantage.

The role requires availability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility to align schedules with business needs. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related subject is beneficial.
