Its Community Care Record platform helps healthcare and community organizations coordinate support for people facing health-related social needs (HRSN). The company also runs Path Assist, a tech-enabled community health worker program built around an evidence-based, structured intervention. The broader aim is to strengthen health confidence, build self-efficacy, and lower avoidable healthcare spending.

Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will play a key part in helping customers and internal teams use data to make better decisions. This role centers on building analytical outputs such as dashboards and reports that turn data into practical insights. The position works closely with customer success, product, engineering, and other stakeholders.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys using data to influence decisions, can communicate insights clearly, has solid technical capability, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable stepping in to get work done for customers and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external partners to understand business problems and design analytical approaches that support decision-making.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and present findings in a clear and compelling way.
• Help build reusable data assets that can be leveraged across the organization.
• Establish, document, and maintain key business metrics and reporting guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve issues in current and newly developed data products and integrations.
• Guide teammates on both technical and non-technical aspects of analytics work.
• Develop and keep current documentation for dashboards, data models, reporting materials, and analytical workflows.
• Translate complex analysis into practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
• Take on additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, or a similar field.
• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related area.
• At least 2 years of experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills and practical knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience using at least one data visualization platform such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python or R.
• Comfortable sharing analysis with both internal and external audiences.
• Able to work respectfully and effectively across diverse demographic, socioeconomic, language, and cultural backgrounds.
• Prior experience in healthcare, population health, social services, or community-based care is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Exposure to DBT and related data tools such as Airflow or Airbyte.
• Interest in building, assessing, and deploying predictive models.
• Experience with healthcare, population health, social determinants of health (SDOH), care management, claims, or clinical data.
