Role overview
Keppel Ltd. is hiring an experienced rewards specialist to help shape and execute impactful total rewards initiatives. This position will support the company’s wider transformation as it advances toward becoming a global asset manager and operator, with rewards practices that reinforce strategic goals and high performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and roll out rewards policies and programmes that reflect the company’s rewards philosophy and business priorities, while encouraging a strong performance-driven culture.
- Provide support to the remuneration committees of listed entities on matters related to executive pay.
- Own the yearly pay review process, using market benchmarking and analytical insights to maintain both internal fairness and external competitiveness.
- Manage incentive structures, including short-term and long-term incentives as well as share-based schemes, so that reward outcomes support long-term value creation.
- Administer employee benefits programmes such as insurance, leave policies and flexible benefits.
- Lead the performance management framework to improve organisational capability and individual effectiveness.
- Create, update and evaluate international mobility policies to support global expansion and cross-border workforce movement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strength in communication, analysis and stakeholder influence.
- A strategic approach with strong attention to detail.
- Proven background in executive compensation.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in rewards.
- A degree in any discipline; HR-related qualifications are an advantage.
