The Senior Strategic Program Manager will lead delivery for high-priority strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate development efforts, AI transformation programs, and enterprise-wide operational priorities. Acting as a partner to executive leadership, this person will oversee cross-functional coordination, governance, reporting, and execution across a complex portfolio. The role blends strategic program management, business transformation, and operational leadership to keep initiatives aligned, manage risk early, and move work from planning into delivery with clarity and accountability.

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Direct coordination and execution for complex strategic programs, including acquisition integration, AI transformation, and enterprise operational priorities.
  • Work with executive leaders to turn strategic goals into practical plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
  • Build accountability across teams and stakeholders so projects stay aligned with business priorities and delivery commitments.
  • Track dependencies, risks, capacity constraints, and escalation needs across several parallel initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, prioritization, and organizational alignment tied to company objectives and transformation efforts.

Corporate Development and Transformation Support

  • Coordinate integration work across functions to support acquisition onboarding, operational alignment, and post-merger execution.
  • Follow integration milestones, issue resolution, inter-team dependencies, and readiness tasks for acquired businesses and strategic programs.
  • Assist with due diligence, operational reviews, integration planning, and transformation preparedness as needed.
  • Help drive change management and communication efforts connected to major transformation initiatives.
  • Support operational improvement initiatives that increase scalability and effectiveness.

Executive Operations and Business Management

  • Support senior leadership with strategic priorities, operating cadences, leadership meetings, action tracking, and cross-functional follow-through.
  • Create executive presentations, dashboards, status reports, business reviews, and strategic communications for leadership audiences.
  • Develop repeatable reporting structures, KPI tracking, and visibility tools that improve decision-making and alignment.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, prioritization discussions, governance reviews, and operating rhythms across stakeholder groups.

AI-First Operations and Process Optimization

  • Use AI-powered tools, automation, and scalable workflows to improve program delivery, reporting, efficiency, and decision quality.
  • Spot opportunities to reduce manual work and establish reusable operating mechanisms across strategic efforts.
  • Partner with teams to encourage adoption of AI-first working practices and operational standards.
  • Use analytics and AI-assisted insights to support recommendations and business decisions.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring deep program management or strategic operations experience, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-visibility initiatives in a fast-moving environment. • Experience supporting corporate development work, organizational transformation, or enterprise strategic initiatives.
  • Strong project and program management capability, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced setting.
  • Hands-on AI fluency, including use of Claude Chat, Cowork, or Code to improve business effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and operational discipline.
