Candidate Profile

Applicants should bring hands-on experience in facility management or building operations and maintenance projects, preferably in Gulf countries. The employer expects strong communication ability in English or Arabic, along with a practical understanding of MEP hard services and site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hard services MEP activities within a facility management or operations and maintenance environment.
• Supervise day-to-day work related to electrical, mechanical, and other building service systems.
• Coordinate teams and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
• Maintain compliance with safety practices and quality expectations at site level.
• Support customer service, equipment handling, and general operational control.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary is negotiable in Saudi Riyals. The employer also provides food allowance, accommodation, transportation, and overtime.
