  • Administer and audit access credentials for different software systems.
  • Monitor and review online feedback from hotel digital listings to spot training needs.
  • Take part in remote agent training sessions and Q&A sessions as required.
  • Assist with the rollout and planning of new hotel accounts.
  • Observe and report the quality, accuracy, and service levels of remote reception transactions.
  • Research transaction details whenever needed.
  • Attend weekly, daily, monthly, and annual meetings as required.

Technical requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, remote support, and general IT security.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot network printing, scanning, domain changes, and DNS records.
  • Understanding of port forwarding, firewall rules, and network routing.
  • Experience creating backup strategies and disaster recovery or business continuity plans.
  • Ability to work with ISPs and hardware/software vendors to resolve support issues.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and helping deliver training sessions.

Candidate profile

The preferred candidate should have a BA/BS or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area, or equivalent work experience. A System Engineer certification is required.
