IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a customer-focused Teller to support branch operations at its Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh location. This position centers on delivering dependable service, handling everyday banking transactions, and helping maintain smooth front-line operations within the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers courteously and provide prompt assistance at the branch counter.
• Carry out routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payment processing.
• Reconcile cash balances and keep transaction records accurate and up to date.
• Introduce customers to suitable bank products and service offerings when relevant.
• Address customer questions and complaints quickly and professionally.
• Follow bank rules, procedures, and security standards at all times.
• Work closely with fellow branch staff to support team targets and daily service goals.

Qualifications

The bank is seeking candidates with a minimum of a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Prior exposure to customer service or cash handling is preferred. Applicants should bring strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay effective in a busy, fast-moving environment. Familiarity with banking products, basic computer literacy, and a careful eye for detail are also important.

• This is a full-time role that includes working on weekends and public holidays.

• The role may involve lifting items up to 25 pounds.
