About the Role

Albania Holidays, a tourism company with more than 20 years of experience, is looking for a Tourism Manager to join its team in Tirana. The role is centered on organizing trips for international visitors across Albania and the wider region. The company is seeking energetic, positive, and flexible people who are eager to grow professionally.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following conditions:

• Higher education is required. A degree in foreign languages, tourism, or a closely related field is preferred. Backgrounds such as Business Administration, Management, or Marketing are also considered an advantage.
• Professional-level English and Italian are expected, or alternatively another language. German, French, or Spanish are preferred options.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are needed for effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and partners.
• Candidates should be positive and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn and develop in the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with international partners, mainly by email.
• Design travel packages for individual travelers and groups visiting Albania.
• Handle the booking, coordination, and overall management of tours for foreign visitors.
