US Operations Specialist

Role overview

Apple Retail aims to combine the company’s products, expertise, and service into a distinctive in-store experience. In this position, you help keep store operations running efficiently by making sure products are available, inventory work is completed accurately, preservation standards are upheld, and products reach customers and team members in a timely way. The role also calls for strong product knowledge, an upbeat approach, and a focus on supporting sales and the overall customer experience.

What you will do

• Handle inventory intake, counting, returns, and outbound shipping in line with retail inventory procedures.
• Carry out product fulfillment tasks and bring requested items to customers and team members to support smooth service.
• Stay current on process updates by using communication channels and training materials.
• Assist with demo setup and restocking to support merchandising and technology presentation goals.
• Help the Operations Lead maintain Apple’s preservation standards across the store.
• Take on additional tasks as needed, including support for customer-facing activities.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace and show curiosity about different perspectives.

Minimum qualifications

• Be prepared to work according to business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, and to reliably follow the scheduled shifts in accordance with local laws and any approved accommodations.
• Be physically able to lift and move products to different areas within and around the store.

Pay and benefits

The base pay range for this role is $23.00 to $30.59 per hour, with most new hires starting at $23.00. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses, commission payments, and relocation support.

Apple’s total compensation package can include employee stock participation opportunities, discretionary restricted stock units, and the option to buy company stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
