Core responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the virtual business academy platform, ensuring reliable operations and ongoing enhancement of the learning journey.
• Shape and grow training programs that help technicians and entrepreneurs start and scale businesses across multiple home service sectors.
• Recruit, coordinate, and guide a distributed group of instructors, mentors, and operational support personnel to deliver strong learning outcomes.
• Improve student enrollment, engagement, retention, and business results through structured program updates and targeted initiatives.
• Create scalable workflows, systems, and operating processes that support expansion into additional markets and regions.
• Track key performance indicators, analyze results, and apply data-backed improvements that support strategic goals.
• Ensure the academy’s day-to-day execution stays aligned with broader business direction and growth plans.

Required background

• Demonstrated experience in project management or product management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, digital learning, or business training settings.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale remote or distributed teams.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with experience or strong interest in building and expanding digital products or business education offerings.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills in fast-moving environments.
• Capability to build structured processes, juggle competing priorities, and move work from idea stage through delivery.
• Experience in trade industries, vocational learning, or practical business education is a plus.
