Role Overview

The Warehouse Operator will support warehouse and integration activities by receiving, moving, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role also involves operating a stacker machine around racking systems, using handheld scanning tools, and making sure goods are correctly labelled, tracked, stored, and shipped safely. The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor and requires a fast-paced, team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items accurately for inbound shipments based on order requirements.
• Package and label goods correctly to protect product condition during transport.
• Check incoming freight against purchase orders and confirm shipment accuracy.
• Store received goods in the right locations and update inventory records.
• Carry out routine cycle counts and resolve stock mismatches.
• Use handheld scanning devices to record inventory transactions and maintain accurate stock data.
• Handle inter-warehouse transfers and prepare the related paperwork on time.
• Wrap, tag, and prepare products for storage or dispatch in line with safety and quality rules.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all warehouse safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in warehousing.
• Commitment to maintaining a tidy, orderly warehouse using 5S practices.
• Ability to wear steel-toe safety boots.
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed, either voluntarily or as required.
