About the internship
This internship is centered on day-to-day accounting and operational support, with a strong focus on Tally-based bookkeeping, invoice handling, receivables, vendor coordination, and compliance tracking. The role also involves supporting financial MIS reporting and helping ensure smooth movement of materials and timely execution with customers, vendors, and business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Keep accounting records updated in Tally and prepare invoices as well as e-way bills.
- Manage sales-related financial activity, including invoices and receivables.
- Oversee vendor purchase orders and invoices, and support timely payments.
- Maintain MIS reports for operations, with emphasis on financial data.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors on order fulfillment and payment follow-ups.
- Support inward and outward movement of materials.
- Liaise with key partners to make sure deliverables are completed for end clients.
- Monitor filing of monthly and quarterly compliance forms such as GST and TDS returns.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, can begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, and are available for a 6-month internship. Other requirements
- Prior experience with a CA firm or CA organization is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Tally is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are expected.
Stipend
Paid internship with a monthly stipend of INR 8,000 to INR 10,000.
