About the internship
This internship is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience in shaping a brand’s digital presence. You will work with a consulting firm that focuses on human-centered advisory work, supporting individuals, teams, and organisations through organizational development, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives. The firm handles engagements ranging from short two-day sprints to long-term transformations.
As part of the branding and communications function, you will help keep the organisation active and consistent across multiple platforms while contributing ideas, content, and visual assets that strengthen the brand voice.
What you will do
- Take ownership of day-to-day activity across Instagram, LinkedIn, Wix, Substack, and Medium, including scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and monitoring audience interaction.
- Develop fresh content ideas for posts, newsletters, videos, and other brand communication formats.
- Create polished visual assets in Canva, including social media graphics and supporting collateral for brand-building efforts.
- Record, assemble, and edit video content that helps tell the brand story in an engaging way.
- Coordinate closely with the branding, marketing, and center of applied project management teams to maintain consistency and originality across all communication pieces.

Stipend

Other requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in communications, content, or design is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Canva for static design and Descript for video editing.
- Ability to spot strong content, rework it creatively, and generate ideas that connect with the intended audience.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, along with strong command of English.
- Comfort working across Instagram, LinkedIn, Wix, Substack, and Medium, including reading platform analytics.
- Good multitasking, time management, and organisational ability, as the role involves managing several projects at once.
- Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn are considered especially important.
