About the internship
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited is hiring a detail-focused Apprentice to support its Learning & Development function under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme of the Government of India. The role is centered on coordinating training operations smoothly and gaining practical exposure to stakeholder coordination, learning administration, and program execution.
What you will do
- Handle the full training-operation cycle to help learning programs run without disruptions.
- Plan training sessions and maintain calendars in coordination with facilitators, business teams, and participants.
- Manage communication with participants, including nominations, invites, reminders, and follow-ups after sessions.
- Monitor attendance, assessments, certifications, and completion progress for all training activities.
- Send completion reminders on time and follow up to support timely learning compliance.
- Keep training records, MIS reports, and learning data updated and accurate.
- Assist with administrative work for learning initiatives, including venue arrangements, logistics, and documentation.
- Work with internal teams to support effective delivery of learning programs.
- Help prepare training feedback summaries and reports.
