About the internship
Karuna is looking for a full-time, in-office sales intern in Bangalore to support early growth across residential communities and partner networks. The role combines field sales, lead follow-up, customer conversations, and relationship-building with healthcare and senior-care ecosystem partners.
What you will do
- Approach residential societies in the pilot micro-market, introduce Karuna, and work to secure entry.
- Run on-site sales kiosks and activation drives within societies, engage residents, and convert interest into bookings.
- Call and follow up on inbound leads, understand customer needs, and help close the first bookings.
- Speak with early customers in a structured way to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the service.
- Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, maternity centres, physiotherapy centres, and senior living communities.
- Create and maintain a weekly sales dashboard covering leads, conversions, drop-offs, and recurring feedback themes, then share insights with the founder.

Compensation and structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 10,000 to 20,000. The pay is structured as fixed compensation of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
