Kala Sugandha Mandal is a charitable trust focused on improving the lives of underprivileged children through education. For more than three decades, it has operated Navajeevan Prathamik Vidya Mandir, a free primary school that offers quality education, learning resources, and all-round development support to children from economically weaker backgrounds. Role overview

This internship is for a Social Media & Content Strategist who will help strengthen the organization’s digital presence and showcase its work across online platforms. The role involves creating, editing, planning, and publishing engaging content that highlights the NGO’s activities and social impact.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and update the organization’s social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Develop attention-grabbing content in the form of reels, posts, stories, and short videos that communicate the NGO’s work and achievements.
Produce and refine videos, reels, photos, and graphics using relevant content creation and editing software.
Organize, schedule, and publish content while tracking audience engagement and contributing to growth in online reach.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work part-time, can begin between 10th Jun'26 and 15th Jul'26, are available for a 3-month duration, and are based in Thane. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the work.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 2,000 to 5,000.
