Academic Advisor

Role Overview

Airtics Education is hiring an Academic Advisor to guide prospective learners across their educational path. In this position, you will help students understand suitable program options, support them with admissions, and see each case through from first contact to enrollment. The role is central to delivering a seamless joining experience and helping the institution meet its admission goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student questions quickly and professionally through phone, email, and other digital communication tools.
• Offer academic guidance on available courses, entry requirements, and possible study routes.
• Oversee the full admissions journey, beginning with the initial enquiry and ending with successful enrolment.
• Stay in contact with prospective students to improve conversion and support enrolment targets.
• Keep CRM records accurate, current, and complete.
• Work closely with academic, admissions, and operations teams to keep processes running smoothly.
• Identify and apply ways to strengthen admissions performance and help achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor’s degree is required. Applicants should have a solid academic or professional background in Technology, Computer Science, IT, or a similar technical area. The role calls for at least 2 years of experience in academic advising, student recruitment, admissions, or another education-related position. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities are essential. Candidates should also be comfortable working with MS Office, internet-based tools, and CRM platforms.
