About the Team
Fanatics Collect is a global product and technology organization focused on transforming the collectibles experience. The team builds products such as Topps.com, the Fanatics Collect marketplace, and live shopping platforms including Fanatics Live and Voggt. Backed by the broader Fanatics business and its major sports relationships, the team operates with the scale of a large company while maintaining the speed and flexibility of a startup environment.

Role Overview
The Account Manager will own relationships with sellers and support their business growth on the platform. This person will serve as the main day-to-day contact, help sellers get started smoothly, and guide them as they scale. The role calls for strong product knowledge, adaptability, and the ability to use messaging, product testing, and marketing support to help sellers succeed.
The position also involves keeping seller records accurate in the company’s CRM, reviewing account data, and identifying what kind of support each seller may need next.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for sellers and handle routine relationship management.
- Teach sellers how to use platform tools, follow best practices, and apply growth strategies.
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and trust and safety teams to support seller outcomes.
- Track key performance indicators and monitor account health.
- Maintain the seller CRM by entering and updating data that builds complete seller profiles.
- Research current and prospective sellers using social, sales, and audience data.
- Develop strong expertise in Fanatics Live, including all seller and fan-facing features and user journeys.
- Support new seller onboarding and help ensure a smooth transition onto the platform.
- Act as the communication link between sellers and internal teams to align on goals and growth plans.
- Respond to initial seller questions, triage issues, and direct requests to the appropriate teams.
- Audit accounts and review performance to find improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the Seller Success team’s broader goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong comfort with data analysis and analytical tools.
- Ability to segment, profile, and target customers effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Well organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with technology, self-directed, and able to prioritize business needs.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and performance trends.
- Experience helping shape and communicate go-to-market plans.
- Background working with content creators is an advantage.
- Interest in the hobby space, especially breaking and collectibles, is a strong plus.
Location and Compensation Notes
This position is based in New York, NY and is listed as onsite.
The salary disclosure provided for this role includes a New York City base pay range of USD 107,500 to USD 133,750. The posting also notes a Los Angeles base pay range of USD 98,900 to USD 123,050 for reference. Base salary does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. Final pay may vary depending on location, experience, qualifications, and training.
