Role overview

An opportunity has opened within NHS Borders’ new Primary & Community Services administrative hub for a flexible bank staff member to support the Community Treatment and Care service (CTAC).

What you’ll do

This position focuses on front-line administrative and call-handling support. You will answer incoming calls, arrange appointments, welcome patients, and assist colleagues across the wider community service team.

Working arrangements

The hub operates from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. The post is primarily based at the NHS Borders admin hub in Newstead, although occasional travel to other admin locations across the Borders area may be needed.
