Role Overview

WhiteWater Management MENA is hiring an Admin for Finance in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on day-to-day finance administration, record upkeep, reporting support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to keep financial processes accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep accounting documentation current, including invoices, expenses, receipts, and bank reconciliation records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and provide support for annual financial statements.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, and petty cash tracking.

Requirements
