Role overview
RSC Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative coordination and keep day-to-day work running smoothly. This is a 6-month W2 contract role with a hybrid work arrangement based in New York, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee everyday administrative workflows so operations remain organized and efficient.
- Keep calendars up to date, arrange meetings, and make sure communication happens on time.
- Plan travel for the team, including flights, lodging, and local transport.
- Prepare and track expense submissions so reimbursements are handled promptly.
- Support onboarding and exit processes to help team members transition smoothly.
- Coordinate team gatherings and take care of the related logistics.
- Work closely with internal support groups to maintain clear communication and teamwork.
- Carry out research tasks and provide general clerical assistance when needed.
- Manage several priorities on your own while consistently delivering accurate work.
- Handle confidential records and sensitive information with discretion at all times.
