- Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and grounding methods using enterprise knowledge sources such as internal repositories, wikis, ticketing systems, and content stores.
- Set up observability and monitoring for agent systems, including tracking tool usage, outcomes, quality signals, alerts, traces, and feedback loops.
Required qualifications and skills
- A degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or information technology.
- Strong grasp of Agentic AI concepts such as goal setting, planning, reasoning, task breakdown, and autonomous action loops.
- Practical experience with LLM-based agent design and execution.
- Hands-on exposure to agent frameworks such as LangChain-based tools or similar alternatives.
- Working knowledge of MCP for agent-tool and context integration.
- Experience in RAG pipelines and enterprise grounding strategies.
