Role overview
Metlifecare is seeking a commercially minded Analytics Manager focused on people analytics. This senior role suits someone who is ready to step up from advanced analysis into team leadership and strategic workforce insight delivery. You will report to the Head of Talent & Capability and help shape how the organisation uses workforce data, reporting, dashboards and AI-enabled tools to support better business decisions.
What you will do
- Improve the accuracy, quality and governance of people data and reporting.
- Develop and strengthen Power BI dashboards and workforce reports.
- Translate workforce information into clear insights and practical recommendations for leaders.
- Oversee and improve HR systems and related processes.
- Lead the People Support team and refine employment lifecycle workflows.
- Identify and implement AI-based solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.
About you
You will be an experienced analytics professional, ideally with exposure to workforce-related data, and ready for the next step in your career. Strong analytical and modelling ability, advanced Power BI capability, and a proven record of turning complex information into useful business insight are important for success in this role.
Experience with HR data and recurring people processes such as remuneration reviews, workforce planning, engagement, performance, recruitment and retention would be highly valuable. You should be naturally curious, commercially aware, and comfortable using data to solve problems, influence stakeholders and uncover improvement opportunities.
