Role overview
This position is for an Application Support Engineer who will help keep critical business applications running smoothly. The work focuses on tracking down issues across multiple system components, understanding why they happen, and restoring service quickly so business operations stay stable and reliable.
What you will do
- Work independently and grow into a subject matter expert in the role.
- Take part actively in team discussions and contribute ideas.
- Help solve day-to-day work issues with practical solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve system incidents quickly and reduce downtime.
- Record observations, root causes, and fixes in a clear way to support learning and future troubleshooting.
- Support process enhancements that improve application performance and reliability.
Technical profile
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot is required.
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to use monitoring tools and analyze logs to identify and diagnose anomalies.
- Comfortable working across different software components and connecting solutions effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for coordination with technical teams and stakeholders.
Education and experience
Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education. At least 3 years of experience working with Spring Boot is required.
Location
This role is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and is an on-site position.
