Position Overview
This is a contract opportunity for an Architectural Designer with Vectorworks experience. The work is fully remote and is expected to range from 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation is set at $20 to $65 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Use architectural and CAD expertise to evaluate and produce design data in Vectorworks.
- Prepare, check, and mark up digital drawings, 3D models, and rendering work with a high level of precision.
- Use knowledge of layers, BIM, and CAD workflows to keep project files organized and handled efficiently.
- Share architectural process knowledge and industry standards to support AI model training.
- Provide clear written and spoken feedback to help improve AI system development.
- Work with the client’s team to make sure deliverables meet the required technical and design expectations.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Vectorworks for 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering tasks.
- Ability to organize and maintain project layers within Vectorworks.
- Solid understanding of architectural basics, design principles, and CAD-based workflows.
- Familiarity with BIM concepts and standards at a basic level.
- Capability to independently build straightforward projects in Vectorworks.
