Role overview

This position is for an Associate in HR Operations within the CBS - TAL - Talent Development team in New Delhi. The role supports talent development activities and employee wellbeing initiatives as part of a broader HR function that works closely with business leaders and multiple service lines.

Team context

The Talent team contributes to employee experience and organizational strategy by partnering across functions and supporting the employer value proposition. The broader team includes business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, mobility, compensation and benefits, HR systems, operations, people data reporting, and analytics. It also uses HR technology, projects, and processes to help the organization respond to changing business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent development operations in a corporate HR setting with accuracy and consistency.
• Help design and run employee wellbeing initiatives using an evidence-based, psychology-led approach.
• Apply consulting-style thinking to assess needs and organize practical HR solutions.
• Assist with corporate wellbeing programs and related engagement activities that improve employee experience.
• Coordinate operational processes connected to talent development and ensure smooth execution.
