Role overview

This position focuses on farming and growing relationships with important startup accounts so the business can deepen trust, improve retention, and expand revenue from high-value clients.

What you'll do

  • Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders and maintain those connections over time.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling, while working toward portfolio targets.
