Role overview

This opportunity is for a Barista position with an outsourced setup for an automotive client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The assignment is long term and based on site. The role focuses on crafting quality coffee and tea beverages, offering attentive guest service, and keeping the café area neat, hygienic, and inviting.

What you will do

• Prepare and present a wide range of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Use, care for, and monitor espresso machines, grinders, and related brewing equipment.
• Provide friendly, efficient service that helps create a positive café experience for customers.
• Keep the coffee counter, service area, and work surfaces clean and sanitary.
• Replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other essential supplies as needed.
• Support simple food preparation and basic presentation tasks.
• Follow all company standards related to hygiene, safety, and food handling.
• Coordinate smoothly with teammates to keep daily café operations running well.

Ideal background

• Prior experience working as a barista, café associate, or in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and general brewing methods is preferred.
• Exposure to coffee beans, roast profiles, and latte art will be an advantage.
