Role Overview

NIVERA HOSPITALITY is seeking a motivated Barista to support a café environment in Lucknow. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys coffee preparation, guest interaction, and maintaining a welcoming service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
• Handle espresso machines and other café-related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and high-quality service to customers.
• Keep the work area, equipment, and café space clean and hygienic.
• Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the café.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of coffee brewing methods and espresso-based beverages.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive mindset and the ability to work well with a team.

Work Details

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
