Role Overview
The hotel is looking for an energetic and guest-oriented Front Office professional who can deliver exceptional service and come up with practical solutions for guests. In this role, you will help create a smooth and memorable stay by supporting arrivals, departures, and day-to-day guest requests.
Key Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, making sure the service experience is positive from check-in until departure.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to keep service delivery efficient and seamless.
- Stay informed about the hotel, nearby services, and local facilities so you can assist guests accurately.
- Keep guest information current in the Opera guest profile system.
- Transport luggage between the arrival area, guest rooms, and departure point during checkout.
- Receive and manage messages, mail, and packages for guests and staff, ensuring timely and professional delivery.
- Send morning newspapers to guest rooms.
- Pass along guest messages and any other deliveries promptly and without unnecessary delay.
- Keep the concierge desk and storage area neat, organized, and presentable.
Education and Experience
A diploma in hospitality or vocational training in the concierge area of a hotel is preferred. Strong English communication skills and solid interpersonal ability are essential.
Skills and Personal Qualities
The right candidate should be service-minded, polite, helpful, proactive, and confident in handling guest needs. A friendly, approachable attitude, physical fitness, enthusiasm, and a positive mindset are important.
