Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Biochemist position focused on mushroom cultivation support, liquid spawn preparation, and process-driven value addition work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare liquid spawn for oyster mushrooms with a high level of technical accuracy.
- Handle and oversee bioreactors used for controlled cultivation workflows.
- Support value addition activities for oyster mushrooms through organic liquid spawn methods and bioreactor-based mycelium production.
