Branch Manager

Role overview

The Branch Manager will support business growth and relationship management for Larsen & Toubro in Pune Division, Maharashtra. The role is centered on strengthening external stakeholder connections, driving expansion across existing and emerging business areas, and representing the company at industry and government forums.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with government officials, major customers, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive business development efforts across L&T business lines.
• Support the company’s public image by building and maintaining relationships with corporate houses, bureaucrats, and government bodies.
• Contribute to the growth of current and next-generation businesses, including L&T Construction Equipment Limited and strategic initiatives in modification, revamp, and upgrade areas such as Heavy Engineering, Special Steel, Heavy Forging, Edutech, Sufin, Green Energy, Semiconductor, Data Centers, and Electronic Product Systems.
• Review business results and help shape plans for expansion and long-term growth.
• Represent the organization at conferences, industry gatherings, exhibitions, and similar events.
• Promote L&T’s culture and value system across internal and external interactions.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving performance, retention, talent attraction, and workplace safety.
• Support training efforts and capability-building activities to prepare the workforce for future business needs.
