About the company and hotel
Primestar Group is among the most forward-thinking multi-brand hotel operators and currently manages 20 hotels across Germany, Austria, and Italy. The launch of the first June Six Hotel in Berlin in 2022 marked an important step in building its own boutique brand, which has since expanded to Hannover, Salzburg, and Lake Garda.
The role is based at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Airport, a modern and welcoming hotel located very close to Frankfurt International Airport. The property is known for warm hospitality, a friendly atmosphere, and a team that works together to ensure guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. What the day-to-day work involves
- You welcome guests with a warm, confident, and engaging manner, helping them feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
- You prepare the breakfast area with care and attention to detail so guests can start the day well.
- Throughout breakfast service, you keep an eye on the dining area, buffet, and back office to maintain cleanliness and smooth operations.
- You assist guests with advice and recommendations in German, English, another language, or simply through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Your smile, positive energy, and sense of humor help create a pleasant experience for both guests and coworkers every day.
