Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact between business teams, product teams, and technology teams to strengthen collaboration, manage interdependencies, and keep delivery on track.
• Contribute to solution shaping and process enhancement by reviewing the current environment, spotting gaps, and defining practical future-state solutions that can scale.
• Assist with testing and rollout activities, including SIT and UAT, to support end-to-end validation, issue resolution, and a stable transition into production.
• Support governance practices by tracking risks, updating leadership on progress, and keeping documentation complete, accurate, and aligned with enterprise standards.
