Role overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Associate to own client relationships and help build strategic partnerships. This position plays a key role in accelerating growth, deepening ties with premium clients, and developing collaborations that support the brand’s direction in luxury wellness.
You will work closely with elite customers, five-star hotels, premium wellness venues, and healthcare professionals, helping strengthen the company’s standing in the market. The role also includes opportunities for travel and training, designed to broaden your skills and professional network within the luxury wellness space.
Client management
- Act as the main contact for high-net-worth clients, wellness centers, and corporate partners while delivering a polished client experience.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with important stakeholders such as luxury hotels, spas, medical practitioners, and wellness influencers.
- Hold regular review and planning discussions with current clients to understand changing priorities and uncover new growth paths.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales service, client satisfaction, and retention.
Partnership development
- Source and pursue new opportunities with premium hospitality groups, high-end wellness brands, and healthcare institutions.
- Create and execute sales approaches, including tailored wellness offerings aligned to customer requirements.
- Partner with the marketing team to shape client engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns that improve brand awareness and lead flow.
- Negotiate commercial terms and structure partnership agreements that create value for both the company and its partners.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong ability to find potential leads and work resourcefully.
- Comfortable speaking with professionals and maintaining engaging conversations.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage.
- Presentable, professional, and well-groomed.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales.
- Fluent in English.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
