About SalesOne

Role Summary
The company is looking for a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Associate who can identify potential buyers, create qualified leads, carry out outreach, and help move prospects toward conversion. The role calls for strong communication, research ability, and a genuine interest in sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients in relevant industries and target markets.
- Develop and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other research resources.
- Study customer needs, business pain points, and the structure of decision-making within target accounts.
- Run outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Write personalized messages that clearly communicate value to each prospect.

- Track market trends, competitor moves, and emerging business opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support sales and product decisions.
- Contribute ideas that can improve outreach quality, acquisition performance, and sales workflows.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or customer engagement are welcome.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms is required.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools will be an advantage.
