Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive in Mangaluru. The selected candidate will focus on finding and developing new business opportunities, identifying target audiences, evaluating prospects, and building a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers lead creation through phone calls, email outreach, online research, and networking activities. You will engage potential clients in consultative discussions, explain Exito’s event offerings and business value, and help move opportunities through the sales process. The position also includes account nurturing, close coordination with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements, and maintaining clear and accurate activity updates in CRM systems. In addition, you will study market movements, contribute to strategic planning, and work toward meeting and surpassing revenue and performance goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should bring strong capabilities in new business development and lead generation, along with the ability to create and maintain a dependable opportunity pipeline. A good understanding of business development and account management is important, especially in building client relationships and supporting revenue growth.
